For Skin:
- STEP 1:Â Take a generous amount of the gel and apply it all over the face and body.
- STEP 2:Â Add some gel to your homemade face packs for extra moisture.
- STEP 3:Â Can be used in the AM and PM.
For Hair:
- STEP 1:Â Take a generous amount and apply to the scalp. Also, coat your hair strands with the gel.
- STEP 2:Â Leave it on for at least an hour, or overnight.
- STEP 3:Â Gently wash with your favourite JC shampoo and rinse thoroughly.
- STEP 4:Â Can use 2-3 times a week.
