Refresh Premium Coffee
– 1 tbsp
- Hot milk – Half cup
- Milk - ½ cup
- Condensed milk - ½ cup
- Dark chocolate
- Cocoa powder – ¼ cup
- AP flour – ¾ cup
- Baking powder - 1 tbsp
- Baking soda - ¼ tbsp
- Pinch of salt
- Dry fruits
Steps for making:
- Add coffee to the hot milk and mix finely so the coffee gets dissolved.
- In a bowl, add the coffee blend to the chocolate and butter and mix them for a thick consistency.
- Now add condensed milk, cocoa powder, AP flour, Baking powder, baking soda, and salt to blend and garnish with walnuts.

- Semolina-2 Cup

- Chopped Jaggery-1 Cup
- Milk Masala Mix - 1 tbsp
- Raisins-1 tbspChopped Almonds-2 tbsp
- Warm Milk
- Rose Petals for Garnishing
Steps for making:
- In a bowl take rava (semolina), ghee and hot milk and knead it to prepare a dough.
- Divide dough into small equal portions.
- Roll into puri shape, preek it with a sharp spoon. Fry the purines and set aside to cool down completely.

Once it cools, add to the blender, make a fine powder and transfer the powder into a mixing bowl. Add some cashew nuts, chopped almonds, raisins and 1 tbsp Reresh Milk Masala Drink Mix and mix well.
- In a pan take some ghee, add some chopped pieces of jaggery and let it melt at low flame.
- Off the flame and add the melted jaggery to the laddu mixture. Stir it and mix well.
- Take a small portion of the mix and roll in small ladoos. Garnish it with rose petals.

Ingredients required:

Cardamom Powder
- 1/2 Cup Soaked Cashews
- 100 Grams Paneer
- 2 tbsp Milk Powder
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Condensed Milk
- 1 tbsp Rose Syrup
- Chopped Pistachios
Steps for making:
- In a mixture jar grind soaked cashews, paneer, and milk powder with 1/2 cup milk to a smooth paste.
- Heat ghee in a pan. If you are using butter, heat it till it melts and becomes light golden in colour.
- Add the smooth paste of cashews, paneer and milk to the hot pan. Add some whole milk and bring it to a boil on low flame. Keep stirring to prevent it from burning at the bottom.
- Add condensed milk or sugar powder, Re:fresh Cardamom Powder and cook it.
- Keep whisking while adding so that there are no lumps.
- Divide the mixture into two portions. On one portion add rose syrup, mix well and keep it aside.
- Spread the white portion of the mixture on a greased tray or plate and let it set.
- Spread the rose syrup portion mixture over the white mixture evenly and let it set.
- Garnish it with pistachios and silver varakh.(silver foil)
- Set it for an hour and serve. You can refrigerate the barfi for a little while before cutting it into 9 squares, or feel free to cut them once completely cooled.
