  • Take some chopped cabbage, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 2 tbsp besan/corn flour, salt to taste, and 50 ml water. Mix all these ingredients and make small balls and fry the balls on medium flame.
  • Manchurian Masala will be added to water and will be cooked for 2-3 minutes on low flame to prepare a gravy. Heat 1 tbsp oil into a pan, add onions, capsicums & carrots and stir fry it for 1 to 2 minutes, add fried balls into the gravy and serve hot.

VADA PAV MASALA:

There is no better place than the roadside stall to enjoy this authentic most favourite Marathi dish- Vada Pav. A fried potato ball, neatly placed between buns with spicy powder and chutney is the secret to the amazing taste of this Indian burger. Vadapav masala has a delicious flavour and aroma that help you to relish the taste of Vadapav at home.

Instructions to prepare spicy delicious vada pav recipe at home:

  • Slit the Pav horizontally, and put 1/2 tablespoon edible oil/butter on the pan at low flame.
  • Add 1/2 tablespoon Vada Pav Masala into oil/butter, and mix well. Roast Pav’s inner side and outer side with the mixture for 20-25 seconds
  • Put Aloo Vada into Pav, and serve with sauce or chutney.

KUTCHHI DABELI MASALA:

Kutchhi Dabeli Masala makes the famous Gujarati street food dabeli, even more delicious. Dabeli is spicy and full of flavour all because of this masala. As you enter Gujarat, you'll see streets and lanes filled with Dabeli stalls. To add an extra crunch you can serve it with sev or just sprinkle juicy pomegranate seeds over it.

Instructions to prepare spicy delicious vada pav recipe at home:

  • Boil some potatoes & mash them. Heat 100 ml oil in a pan, and add mashed potatoes to it.
  • Add Kutchhi Dabeli Masala & salt as per taste, and cook for 2 mins.
  • Slit each pav horizontally, apply Tamarind chutney and green chilli chutney on it. Stuff 2 tbsp of the above filling and top it up with chopped onion, masala peanuts and nylon sev. 
  • Roast Dabeli from both sides on a hot pan for a minute with butter, garnish with nylon sev and serve hot with tomato sauce.

CHAAT MASALA:

Chaat masala is packed with spicy and delicious flavours. Its rich taste lets you enjoy the authentic taste of street-side Chaat at your home. Chaat masala is a powder spice mix or masala, originating from South Asia, typically used to add flavour to chaat. It typically consists of amchoor powder, cumin, coriander, dried ginger, black salt, black pepper, asafoetida, and chilli powder. It can also be added as a spiced masala in all kinds of vegetable and fruit chats, salads, and kebabs.
