Ingredients required:
Steps for making:
- Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic cloves and ½ chopped onion.
- Add ½ sliced carrot, 2 tbsp of diced capsicum, ½ chopped tomato, and 2 tbsp of sweet corn.
- Sauté the vegetables until they become crunchy.
- Further, add ¼ tsp of turmeric, ½ tsp of chilli powder, ½ tsp of Garam masala powder, and ¼ tsp of salt. Sauté until the spices turn aromatic.
- Pour 1 cup of water and bring it to a boil.
- Roughly break 1 pack of Maggi noodles and add the tastemaker.
- Mix everything well and boil for 2 minutes or until the noodles are properly cooked.

- 1 cup green beans
- 2 large onions sliced
- ½ cup curd
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh mint
- ⅓ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2-3 green chillies
- 2 tsp Re:fresh chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon black cumin seeds

- 4 cup water or vegetable stock

- Soak rice in water and set aside for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a large heavy-bottomed pot on medium to high heat.
- Add onions and sauté them until caramelized (approximately 8-10 minutes).
- Put black cumin, minced garlic, and green chilli, and cook for about 1 minute.
- Add cauliflower, carrots, and French beans and sauté for 6-8 minutes.
- Finally, add yogurt, lemon juice, green peas, and soaked rice: gently mix well.
- Season the mixture with salt and biryani masala.
- Add water or vegetable stock and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Then add freshly chopped mint and cilantro and simmer the biryani mixture on low heat for about 18-20 minutes.
- Serve warm to enjoy this flavorful veg biryani.

- Heat olive oil in a broad non-stick pan.
- Add the fusilli, chilli flakes, oregano, and a little salt.
- Sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Keep aside.
For the pink sauce:
- Heat olive oil in a broad non-stick pan.
- Add the spring onions and garlic and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
- Add the zucchini, baby corn, and capsicum, and sauté on a medium flame for another 2 minutes.
- Mix in the tomatoes, tomato ketchup, mixed herbs, chilli flakes, sugar, and salt.
- Cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Add the white sauce and fresh cream, mix well, and cook for 1 minute, while stirring continuously. Keep aside.
For pink sauce pasta with herbs:
- Just before serving, reheat the pink sauce.
- Add the herbed fusilli, mix well, and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Serve with garlic bread and enjoy!
