Kaju Gulkand Tres Leches.
Ingredients required:
- 1 + 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Curd
- 3/4 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Mawa Essence
- Kesar Food Color
- Whipped Cream (With added saffron to it)
For Milkshake:
Steps for making:
- In a bowl, mix sugar with curd. Blend them nicely so the sugar gets completely dissolved.
- Next, add baking powder, baking soda, essence and colour to it and mix nicely. Add flavourless oil to it.
- Now, add maida to the blend and follow with the milk. Slowly mix them.
- Transfer it to the tin. Bake the blend at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Take cool milk in another bowl and add Re:fresh Kaju Gulkand Premix to it. Give it a fine mix.
- Take the cake out of the oven and make holes with a stick.
- Pour a milkshake on the cake.
- Garnish the cake with saffron-flavoured whipped cream and top up with grated dry fruits.
- Your delicious Kaju Gulkand Tres Leches is ready to delight you.
Cheesecake cups.
Ingredient required:
For Biscuit base.
- 100 gram Biscuit
- 40 gram melted Butter
For Cream cheese Layer.
- 170 gram Cream cheese
- 40 gram Caster Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

1/2 tsp Re:fresh Lemon powder
- 50 gram Hung Curd
- 50 gram Fresh Cream
- 40 gram Condensed Milk
- 2 tbsp Milk and 1 tbsp Cornflour slurry
Steps for making:
- In a bowl, take crushed biscuits, add melted butter, mix nicely and set it on a cupcake platter in a nice layer.
- For the other layer, take caster sugar and cream cheese. Whisk them nicely.
- To this blend, add vanilla extract, Re:fresh Lemon Powder, hung curd, condensed milk, fresh cream and cornflour and milk mixture. Blend them all finely so no lumps are formed.
- Pour the mixture into a cupcake liner above the biscuit layer.
- Bake it in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 20-25 minutes using the hot bath method.
- Then keep it in a refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Take it out and Voila! Your yummy cheese cupcakes are ready.
- You can garnish it with your favourite toppings or relish it on its own.
Cheesy Falooda.
Ingredients required:
- 400 ml Milk

1 Pack Re:fresh Kesar Pista Falooda Mix
- 1/2 Cup Cream Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Condensed Milk
- 1 Cup Whipped Cream
- Pista Flakes for Garnish
- 6 Digestive Biscuits
Note: Add saffron milk in whipped cream for garnishing.
Steps for making:
- Heat milk in a pan, add Re:fresh Kesar Pista Falooda to it and keep stirring until the mixture thickens. After it thickens, Let it cool down completely.
- In a bowl, take cream cheese and condensed milk and blend them with a blender. Then, add whipped cream and fold it.
- Now, add cold Falooda to the mixture.
- In a glass, add crushed digestive biscuits, and ready falooda cream mix.
- Garnish with whipped cream and sliced pista.
- Creamy cheesy falooda is ready.
