Creamy Alfredo White Sauce Pasta:
Ingredients required:
- 500 ml water
- 200 gram Wheat Pasta
- 1/4 teaspoon Himalaya Pink Salt
- 3 to 4 tbsp of Oil
- Broccoli: 10gm
- Onions:10 gm
- Capsicum: 10gm (Red, Yellow, Green)
- Carrot: 10gm
- 60 gm Creamy Alfredo White Pasta Sauce Mix.
- 700 ml milk
- 1 to 2 tbsp of Sugar (if required, as the sauce mix already has little sugar)
- Italian Pasta Masala
- Cheese
- Black Pepper
- Oregano herb
- Chilli Flakes
Instructions to prepare Alfredo Pasta:
- Boil 500 ml water in a pan and add himalaya pink salt. Once the water starts boiling add 200 grams of Wheat Pasta. You can use any pasta like Penne, Macaroni or Fusilli. Cook the pasta until they become soft.
- Once pasta is cooked properly, drain the water and pass it through normal fresh water. Toss the pasta in little oil so that it doesn’t get sticky and transfer the pasta to a bowl.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add chopped onions, green chillies, tomatoes, beans, carrot, capsicum, broccoli, zucchini or any other veggies of your choice to it.
- In the same pan, add a readymade Creamy Alfredo White Pasta Sauce Mix to 150 ml milk and mix well. Add sugar as per taste.
- You can grind cheese in this blend to make the pasta more creamy.
- Add the cooked wheat pasta to this sauce mix and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes and stir well. Add himalaya pink salt as per taste.
- To add an authentic Italian taste to pasta sprinkle Italian pasta masala, oregano herb, chilli flakes, and black Pepper.
- Transfer the pasta to the bowl.
- The tasty and Saucy Pasta dish is ready to serve.
Red Sauce Pasta:
Ingredients required:
- 500 ml water
- 100 gram Wheat Pasta
- 1/4 teaspoon Himalaya Pink Salt
- 3 to 4 tbsp of Olive Oil
- Chopped onions, green chillies, beans, carrot, capsicum, broccoli, zucchini and other veggies of your choice.
- 60 gm Red Pasta Sauce Mix
- Italian Pasta Masala
- Cheese
- Black Pepper
- Oregano herb
- Chilli Flakes
Instructions to prepare Red Pasta:
- Boil 500 ml water in a pan and add himalaya pink salt. Once the water starts boiling add 100 grams of Wheat Pasta. You can use any pasta like penne, macaroni, fusilli or others.
- Cook the pasta until they become too soft.
- Once pasta is cooked properly, drain the water and pass it through normal fresh water. Toss the pasta in little oil so that it doesn’t get sticky and transfer the pasta to a bowl.
- Add 150 ml water and a full pack of Red Pasta Sauce Mix. Mix it well and boil it for 2-3 minutes you can add veggies like chopped onions, green chillies, beans, carrot, capsicum, broccoli zucchini for enhancing the experience.
- Add the cooked wheat pasta to this mixture and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes and stir well. Grind cheese over it and blend it well.
- Add himalaya pink salt as per taste.
- To add an authentic Italian touch to your homemade Red Sauce Pasta recipe, add Italian masala, oregano, herbs, chilli flakes and other seasonings.
